Return/Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order. When an order is placed, it is put into production, made to the customer’s specified product, color, and size. This includes rolled-off vinyl by the sheet, foot or yard. Because our products are custom made or cut to order and cannot be put back into inventory, we are unable to accept most returns or refunds.

Our standard vinyl material is an intermediate 3-5 year outdoor durability film which is formulated from the factory with adhesive on the back; therefore, making it stick to the paper liner.  The vinyl will stick to any clean, smooth, hard surface and will last years if installed properly. Improperly installed items or an item that is ruined due to an installation mishap or error do not qualify for a return or refund.

Upon receiving your item, inspect it to ensure it is the correct product ordered, in the correct size and color. If a customer believes there was an error made, do not install, wear, or otherwise use or attempt to use the product. You may not be required to return the item. Contact us reference the issue. Most of the time sending us a picture via email will allow us to see and verify what the issue is without having to physically see the item. If you are unable to send a photograph of the issue, we require the package back be sent back at your expense.

In the event there is a shortage or discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 2 days of receipt.  This will allow us to investigate promptly to determine the cause. After five days all claims are void. Claims reference damaged packages due to rough handling during shipment are to be taken up with the carrier.

Any request for a return or refund will not be honored if the product has been thrown away or otherwise discarded and the problem cannot be verified by photograph or physically seeing the item. If we determine that we made an error, we will send out a replacement for the defective item at no charge.

Requests for a return or refund must be received within 2 business days of being received. We reserve the right to not honor any requests for a return or refund for any products that have been used or altered in any way. You must contact us prior to returning any item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom orders are considered to be complete and correct once submitted. We cannot be held liable for errors including spelling, grammar, punctuation, color selection, size/dimensions, pixilation or other quality issues, orientation, or other customer submission errors. We review all orders prior to production and will contact you if anything appears incorrect. We cannot be held responsible, however, once an order is approved and thus “signed off.” We do not make any unauthorized changes to artwork after approval. Please review all order submissions carefully. We value our customers and even the best can make a mistake. If a mistake is discovered, we offer a reduced/discounted cost for reprints.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel that you have received an incorrect or defective product. We will be happy to assist you and resolve any issues we can.
