All of products are "made-to-order" to customer specifications. All orders have a 2-3 day production time, not including weekends and holidays. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays and observances. Most domestic orders are received by customers within 7 days of ordering. We also offer expedited order processing and shipping.
Please use the production/order processing time to review your order details and shipping information and ensure it is correct. We require notification, in writing via email, if anything needs to be updated. Custom requests (mirror image, outline, shadow for example) also must be received via email with the order number, item to be customized, and the requested modification to be completed. We will send a confirmation via email the change has been updated to the order. Because our products are custom made or cut to order and cannot be put back into inventory, we are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds once the order has been produced.
All orders are shipped to the address provided. We do not alter or modify addresses prior to shipment. If USPS or other shipping service is unable to verify an address, we will contact you for an address correction or additional shipping instructions. Once the order is produced and the package leaves our facility, we cannot alter or change the shipment.
Shipping address must be to a United Stated Postal Service address, unless a specific service and address is pre-arranged (UPS to business address, etc.) Please do not use a residential street address if your mail is received at a PO Box, HOA box, etc. The postal service automatically returns these shipments to us, usually marked "not deliverable as addressed" or "no receptacle".
If an order is lost or misdelivered due to a customer error in submitting improper shipping information, we cannot be held responsible for the lost shipment. If the order is determined to be lost or misdelivered due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement shipment at no cost to the customer.
If a package has been returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided, we will reship the order to the correct address at the customer’s expense.
International shipments are mailed via First Class International Shipping and may have postage affixed or a printed label depending on the value and destination of the shipment.
The estimated standard transit time for North American shipments is 5-18 days. Depending on Customs, shipments to the United Kingdom/Europe and Australia take on average up to 30 days. Shipments to the Middle East and Asia have been known to take up to 60 days for regular shipping services.
Expedited Domestic and International shipping services are available. Contact us for a quote prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for their own Customs fees and Duties in their respective countries.
