Vinyl Mayhem is constantly creating new designs based on our own ideas and from ideas submitted from customers and clients.  If a design is discovered to conflict with any copyrighted or trademarked material, we request to be notified in writing as soon as possible.  Vinyl Mayhem will investigate all intellectual property matter claims in an expedient manner.

Personal / Fair Use

Specifically referring to vinyl graphics, signage and advertising: It is our belief that a brand name can also be used as long as it does not utilize the same typeface as the distinctive mark. It is also our belief that images containing intellectual property designs may also be used for reasonable personal use, social media posts, and in advertising comparisons. Reasonable personal use refers to circumstances in which, for example, a cake maker or a tattoo artist uses intellectual property when creating a custom product for an individual customer.

Vinyl Mayhem cannot guarantee any of the products we manufacture or distribute will not cause any undesired effects.  Vinyl Mayhem, its clients, distributors, officers or affiliates cannot be held liable for any damage, legal issues, or incidences arising directly or indirectly resulting from the use of our products.  Additionally, Vinyl Mayhem and any of its manufacturing partners cannot be held liable for any incidences arising from the use of our products. Although undesired side effects are rare, all users shall assume any risks.
